General information

Heine Delta 20® T is a professional diagnostic dermatoscope designed for the non-invasive examination of skin lesions. Based on a high-quality achromatic optical system and LEDHQ illumination, the device provides high-resolution images and accurate color reproduction, crucial for dermatoscopic evaluation in dermatological practice.

Features

  • HEINE Optical Precision: high-quality achromatic optical system ensuring unmatched sharpness and resolution. The focus with magnification from 10x to 16x allows for the detection of even the smallest details and features.
  • HQ LEDs: the new LED lighting standards provide optimal light intensity, uniformity, and color rendering for every individual examination
  • Color temperature: 5,000 K, Color Rendering Index (CRI) > 80 on a scale up to 100. This ensures true color representation of tissues for hyper-accurate diagnosis.
  • “Toggle” function to switch between polarized and non-polarized lighting modes: with a button, no change of contact plate is necessary. It allows for the recognition of the Blink Sign when observing crystalline structures and milia, enhancing diagnostic functionality.
  • Digital documentation capability: the SLR photo adapter allows for connection of any dermatoscope from the DELTA 20 series to major SLR cameras.
  • LED thermal management: ensures long-term performance and product stability. The carefully selected heat diffusion materials guarantee a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Benefits

The ability to quickly alternate between polarized and non-polarized lighting with a simple button eliminates the need for contact plate replacements and facilitates glare-free observation even without immersion fluid. Individual focusing and magnification range allow for identification of fine details and critical dermatoscopic structures.

Clinical indications: examination of nevi, pigmented lesions, melanoma screening, and other skin tumors, evaluation of vascular structures and surface characteristics of the skin. Prevalent fields of use: dermatology clinics, specialist medical practices, hospital clinics.
