Sterile and single-use gauze in non-woven fabric (NWF) designed as a mechanical barrier, to exert compression or to absorb exudates and manage the wound microenvironment. The product is indicated for ordinary dressings and for use as a tampon or absorbent pad.

Materials and Functional Characteristics

Made from viscose and polyester, the gauze offers high absorbency while maintaining low adherence to the lesion; this facilitates dressing changes and reduces the risk of trauma to the skin.

Areas of Use

Indicated for use in hospital, outpatient, and home care settings for dressing acute and chronic wounds, post-operative suturing, control of minor bleeding, and as support in first aid procedures. It can be used by medical and nursing staff or by caregivers in home care situations.
