General information

Germocid Alkanet is a concentrated alkaline detergent, enzyme-based, which can effectively remove blood, proteins, culture media, and food residuals from medical instruments and devices.
It is suitable for use in automatic washing equipment and for treatments in immersion or with ultrasound equipment. Its particular formula effectively removes dirt without altering materials. It contains eco-friendly ingredients that prevent the sedimentation of organic residues by reducing the surface tension of the used solutions.

Effective for the treatment of stainless steel instruments, optical equipment, conventional plastics, and anesthesia tools. For other types of materials (e.g., aluminum or light alloys), it is recommended to verify compatibility with the detergent. Use demineralized water for washing and rinsing.

Instructions for Use
The neutralization phase, which is mandatory with classic alkaline detergents, is not necessary with Germocid Alkanet. In the treatment of ophthalmic instruments, an additional intermediate rinse is recommended before the final rinse. Renew the immersion solution once a day.
