General information

The “Gelid” is a super absorbent polymer powder that turn infected medical liquid waste into a gel- like substance. Mixed with liquid waste, reduces, significantly, the risk of spills from canister, increased safety, convenience and accuracy.

The absorbency of each 50 g sachet is 3000 ml. 

Usable for surgical and bronchial suction systems (tanks or bags), as a container for laboratory liquids or for dialysis liquids, and so on.
