Intrafix® Safeset by B. Braun is an infusion set equipped with an innovative system for both gravity and pressure infusion, with AIR STOP anti-emptying filter and PRIME STOP anti-dripping cap.

AIR STOP filter:
A unique filter membrane acts as a barrier, preventing air infusions and retaining particulate matter and, when the bottle is empty, maintains the liquid level, while air cannot accidentally be infused into the patient

Protective cap PRIME STOP:
The protective cap, lined with a hydrophobic membrane, stops potential liquid spills and protects against possible contamination; moreover, it allows the line to feed automatically avoiding drips and to have a closed system during priming

Discofix® three-way tap integrated in the line and with 25 cm extension. The faucet body is made of drug resistant, microcrystalline polyamide, while the rotator is made of PE (polyethylene). PVC and DEHP-free.

Ideal for the infusion of drugs (e.g. drugs to restore the water-salt balance, for parenteral nutrition, volume expanders, antibiotics, cytostatics, other drugs, etc.), infusion solutions and parenteral nutrition through infusion routes appropriate.
