Cosmopor Advance is an autoadhesive sterile wound made of non woven and absorbent central pad with DryBarrier Technology; the layer on the injury is a net of polietilene that prevents adhesion.
A transfer layer brings the exudate into the asborbent layer, where it will be kept.
Cosmopor Advance is gentle on the skin thanks to the ipoallergenic sintetic adhesive.
